    Did you call Engel Service? Do you have telephones in Wales?

    Do you have a book on the Engel, or as we say on this side of the pond; a manual?

    Mathew,
    I looked and I’ve got no data on ERC 88 since I only worked on EC 88 machines. The first robots I started with were ERC100.
    Now does this robot have a B-servo or wrist? Perhaps that is the warning. If not I’m at a loss. Never seen an Engel that they couldn’t repair regardless of age and model.
