Equipment for Moisture Content check
What instrument have you found best to determine moisture content in the plastic? – A moisture analyzer or a Dew Point meter?

A moisture analyzer gives the most accurate results. Very little moisture can wreak your day. Knowing what you are getting can help you to properly adjust your material flow with your dryer capacity too.

Use both, the DP meter gives a quick indication of air in dryer, analyzer shows moisture content of resin. I aint getting into the KF vs Lost Weight fight now!
Keep on Molding!

Scott,
This is not an advertising site. Please ONLY post your questions and help with other questions. As you can see, two of the members sincerely answered your question taking the time to do so. It is not fair to them. For that reason, I have edited your post. Sorry!
Soon, I will be having a place where you will be able to place an advertisement for your product.
Thanks,
Suhas
