TPO Overmolding onto Polypropylene Substrate

Does anyone have experience with overmolding TPO onto Polypropylene?
I'm mainly concerned with bonding integrity at the interface

The Duro of the proposed TPO is 90A
The PP will be talc filled.

Overmold wall thickness is generous (i.e. 5mm avg)

The real questions are how will the over-molding be done? What brands of resins? Part requirements and critical dimensions or cosmetics? Existing machine? Does mold maker have experience with these types of molds?

Yes, it is the chemistry that you need to see.
If you look at the datasheets, you will probably have a compatibility table also.

The TPO material is Exxon Exact 0201, my client has extensive experience with it in other applications and purchases large quantities.
The application is a very high volume medical disposable and the TPO/PP parts can be considered as being in a non-cosmetic area of that assembly.
Main concern is the TPO/PP bond and its ability to resist moisture ingress.
The TPO will be shot into an existing rigid part and act as a barrier within that part. (aka plug)
The PP material (talc-filled) is as yet undecided
