    Nautilus Software Question

When using your new Nautilus Software, and doing the viscosity curve portion of the 6 step validation process, what does one enter for intensification ratio if the press is electric? 0? 1?

We have a couple of niigata electrics and the pressures are already in plastic pressure. max 27,000 on one and 31,000 psi on the other. I suppose you could divide by 10 and put this number as the hydraulic pressure and then put an intesification ratio of 10 .

Brent, The intensification ratio for electrics would be 1. The formula is Viscosity = Pk Pressure X Fill Time X IR. So IR cannot be zero.
PJ, In the software you can put plastic pressure or Hyd. I have both options.

Yup, the data at zero didn't look very logical at all!!!
