Hi Josue,
I think Mattec and IQMS are both good. I have seen a lot of companies use this and are happy. I think it is a matter of money and features what you are looking for. The capabilities of your people to use this and more importantly to accept and implement change. You can buy an airplane to go from point A to B as soon as possible. But do you have the pilot?
