6 Step Process Optmization

Say you are doing the 6 Step and find out that you fill at say 1/3 of available machine pressure. Would you even bother doing the "Pressure Drop" Study?

Hi Brent,
No, I would record the End of Fill - in your case 1/3 the Max AND (very important) the pressure drop through the nozzle. These two are a must, the rest can be left out in your case. The full study needs to be done only if there is a restriction or the process is almost pressure limited.
