Steel for Mold construction
Normally we use resins that contain a GF %,, so the steel used of cavity and cores is prehardened +N2 treatment,,
im not sure if this treatment should be use for any mold doesnt mather if use GF or not,,, our tools should be run at list 5 million of shots,,,
or the molds that not use GF should not apply the N2 coating? im not familiar with this ,,
Best regards
