Surface finishes for TPE/Silicone material
Hello!
I am currently working on a project which involves a TPE overmolded wristband. I would like to get this wristband a leather looking finish.
If this finish could be created by using overmolding/injection moulding it would be great.
Would anyone have any idea how to do this?

Re: Surface finishes for TPE/Silicone material
you mean TPE is material ?
if correct, the material (TPE) it is rubber material, so you can molding in injection molding machine.
and you must understanding the knowledge basic for injection moding. There are 5 pillars to a successful molded product. The Part Design, The Plastic Material, The Mold Design and Construction, The Molding Machine Selection and the last one is the Molding Process.
or you can attend the Mr. Suhasm Kulkarni's seminars.
Best regards,
hendrich.
