Mold design questions?

somebody in the forum have expertise with mold design issues, I have some question about a mold that is broken continuously; the mold was manufactred with inserts to long

Many of us know enough to help or be dangerous. So exactly what is breaking and what resin and an idea about what this makes.

It looks, that the inserts are too long :-) .. If is not possible change a tool design, You can try to eliminate (decrease) stressing of the tool by plastic. - More gates ??

Have you tried to shorten the inserts?

if inserts are too long,, review the draft angle,, inserts could be full straight and this could contribute to broken insert
