    Post Regarding Overmolding

    I am looking for a polymer which is similar to PBT; however, it should be chemically over molded with a elastomer.

    Do you mean you want a chemical bond between the substrate and the over-mold? I think you should check with Kraiburg and see what they have to bond to the polymer plus they will have processing and mold design tips available as well. I've done lots of 2K molding but not with this polymer.
