    Hi,
    This will depend on two things:
    1. The quality of the regrind. If you had a good molding process (not using extreme temperatures and injection speeds) when the regrind was generated, then you may not see any issues when using it.
    2. The current molding process. Again, if you have a nominal molding process you should be good.
    Note that you can 'burn' the virgin material and produce gases. At the same time, if you are running a non-critical part with thick cross sections, you can use as much regrind you want, mold at lower speeds and temperatures and never see gas.
