    Question Suitable screw type

    Hello Community,

    could you please help me to choose the right screw type for "PA6.6GB40"? right now, I use a standard screw, and because of that the screw gets worn.

    Hi,

    Im using cylinder made by ARBURG with some sort of coating that is suitable for abrasive and agresive materials. For 8 years i didnt had problem with cylinders. Im working with PA6GF30, PA6.6GF30 and PA10GF35.
    Similar experience i have with ENGEL. I just ask and they recommend me best option.
    I think that your machine producer have solution prepared, since this is more-less standard material.

    from ENGEL S8 screw should be OK, S10 will be ok (but you have to pay more :-)
