Machine is not responding

Hello
Anyone has this machine (in attached pictures)?
The control panel of the machine is not responding. the half that controls the production does not respond. but the half with numbers and arrows works normally.
Anyone had the same problem?

You didn't mention if the pumps start and/or if any information is posting on the screen when you apply power. Also does the PLC/controls appear to go through a boot cycle when you apply power. If the PLC is not appearing to go through a boot up cycle when you apply power then you maybe missing a program. If the controls appear to be going through a boot cycle you maybe missing a safety input that is locking out the production controls. The controls may be looking for missing input that could be from safety gates switch to oil temperature switch or even a numerical password. I would think the screen would show some feedback after applying power.
