    preform tail breakout

    Hello,

    I am making 5 gallon water bottles on the asb 650 machine with polycarbonate.But the preform is breaking the tail, how can I find a solution?

    Maybe you have molded in stress causing the issue? A polarized light source and filter inspection could point out high molded in stress levels. I have also used chemicals like mold cleaner to pinpoint high molded in stress areas.

    my machine has 2 cavities, being a and b. there is no problem for the owner to buy b. also in adiabatic use, in the hot runner nozzle piece.
    where else should I look for cor and cavity oils at normal values?
