We have signed a lease for a new facility and in the process of transitioning our manufacturing to the new space, we are reevaluating our chilling system, primarily for machines. We anticipate continuing to use water chillers for the molds. Our current machine chilling set-up is two large 7000 gallon holding tanks and a chiller that is in line on the return feed to chill the water before it reaches the holding tanks. Before we relocate these large holding tanks, we wanted to learn about what other manufacturers are doing to cool their machines. Are you able to share your process/set-up? Is what we have set-up similar to what you know to be industry standard?
