loud noise during mold opening

hi all,
am facing a loud noise during mold opening after completing the injection cycle, the product is 5 liter bucket. can any one help.

Check that all your mold clamps are tightened down. Also check any/all shoulder bolts in the mold, make sure any die springs are not broken and so on. It's possible that one of the mold plates is not going smoothly where it should, when it should and is snapping back into position later.

I've checked the points you mentioned, seems all is good, can the shape of the product make such a noise, , check please the cloud area in red.

I highly doubt that is enough surface area to make a loud noise, you can experiment and just underfill the part by 20 %.
