Two-shot molding opportunity

Kimball Electronics is looking to partner up with a company that has capability to run a 1 or 2 cavity two-shot mold for a medical device. The part does not need to be run in a cleanroom, but does need to be run in a controlled, clean environment. The substrate is PP and the second shot is SEBS. This part is an existing part, so it can be molded successfully. We just do not have the equipment to run this part. The complexity of the part and substrate material would make transfer molding difficult if not improbable. The parts need to be valve-gated. The both 1st and 2nd shots are approx. 2.5 grams.

If you have this capability or know of a company that does please let me know. There are other simpler 9 (single shot) parts that we would look to outsource with this same vendor if they have the capabilities. An accredited quality system is required, but does not have to be ISO 13485.
