Machine leveling tips

hi, do any tips to level a molding machine faster.

we got instructions from Milacron for the new q series with 6 pads on side. but Is there any better ways to do this when there are more pads. The machine i am trying to level have 8 on each side of the clamp section. I was told about a method with using a torque wrench and it will get it close.

There is no short cut to leveling a machine. The torque wrench will help with the leverage when adjusting the nuts and the also the ratchet function will help but once the nuts go under strain you will need more leverage and then speed wont matter. You will also need a machine level (not an ordinary builders spirit level) to put on the tie bars to check the levels. I would suggest you get a service technician to do this job.
