Air recycling Hopper Dryer
Some Chinese manufacturer selling new type of hopper dryers with hot air recycling with air filter option to save energy.
I want to know if they really works removing moisture ? If hot air coming out of dryer goes back to inlet wouldnt it send back the moisture in again ?

Re: Air recycling Hopper Dryer
This is how most dryers I've used work. The return air is passed over a dessicant bed to remove the absorbed moisture.

Re: Air recycling Hopper Dryer
We have older dual bed dryers with molecular sieve desiccant. If you reach out to your supplier they should be able to answer all your questions and make sure you're getting setup with everything you need.
