    Sodick GL150

I am looking for information beyond what is in Sodick manuals about the clamp force settings.
In particular, how do I adjust protect torque, watch force, accept _% to ensure mold protection.
I have used the Auto Protect settings successfully, but need an understanding of how these settings actually function.

    Thanks,

Here is a slide that I put together for our operators to explain each of these settings. Take a look and if you have any other questions let me know. Just remember you must use the real time window - operation state 2 screen to help setup mold protect. Our standard is to have the protect trq 1 to 2% above the watch force setting.
