Arburg Inj molding machine Error: P/Q board regulating board1

    Hi,
We have 4Arburg injection molding machines in our factory. One of which, model 270M 500-210 V0 is under breakdown since yesterday.
    To summarize the issue,
We had failure of nozzle heater at 12:20 IST on 11.10.2019 and same had been replaced at 21:30 IST.
Post replacement of heater, we started getting the above error intermittently between few cycles(no pattern & it was random) of production. Action: Resetting alarm and started production.
During night shift, the same error popped up. Action: mold was closed manually and zero position was referred, post which production resumed
Yesterday (12.10.2019) at 4:30 IST, the error again popped in auto cycle. Since then the machine is down (almost 10hours).
We didnít observe any abnormalities in the machine (eg., strange noise, vibration etc)
We checked the PCB boards, cleaned and put back. However, we didnít find any improvement.
    Observation:
    1. Earlier on 11.10.2019, the error popped up only during auto cycle, but since 12.10.2019 morning the error is observed during manual closing of molds, moving injection unit forward.
    2. Also today when the injection unit is moving forward, we observed that the injection unit struggles a lot during forward movement. (w/o refilling)
    3. The error is new and couldn't find any solution to the same.
    4. The error pops up only when high pressure pump is switched ON for mold clamping force or injection clamping force.
    5. Rotex rubber coupling gear on the pump system has a play and one of the tooth on the spider is damaged
    6. Proportional valve changed with spare but the error & problem is still same
    7. PCB boards visually inspected, I/Os were checked but no clue. Everything seems to be fine
We are suspecting on the hyrdraulic system.
But OEM's authorized service team is suspecting on PCB boards.

Any piece of advise, guidance would really help us at this point.
    Thanks

    Regards
    Barath

    Hello,
Root cause for the error had been found. There was a problem with one of the bridge rectifier. It was replaced and issue was resolved

Thank you for the follow up Barath...

So many times people post their issues and never come back and provide solution and often times I wonder what was the error / problem.
