Arburg Allrounder Problems

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and looking for some advise on our companies Arburg.

We have been using it faultlessly for the past 2 years but yesterday it started playing up. Its a Allrounder 221-75-350 Horizontal configuration. It was set up correctly and now when you activate auto mode the alarm light flashes soon as the door closes. It also then retracts the heaters once the injection has finished. and will not then run the next cycle.

Am I missing something simple that might have changed. We have gone round the sensors checking they are working and cant seen to see anything amiss.

Any help pointing me in the right direction of a solution or even where to start looking will be greatly appreciated.
