Choosing plastic for adhering with EN8 metal part
Respected Experts,
I have a typical application where a wire comes out of EN8 metal part. I need to secure the wire with the metal.
SO i tried with the nylon 6, that worked for 50%. But it didnt adhere well with the metal.
SO please suggest me some plastic material that can be injection moulded so that the plastic can adhere well with the metal.
I am keenly waiting for your replies.
Thanks!
regards,

Hello,
Can you be more specific, like what is exact purpoce of plastic?
Do you need to be waterproof, electrical insulation, damage protection, etc...
Usually adhesive problems we solve with desin of parts. We work with PA 6, PA 66, PA678 (low preassure molding) and some types of TPE.
Regards,
