Van Dorn 230 HT Ejector Speed
I am having trouble figuring out my ejector system, they are moving forward and retracting at lightning speed. I have already set forward to .25in/s and 100psi, retract is at 0in/s 0psi. no luck. it sounds like the ejectors are going to come out the back of the mold its so bad. any ideas to correct this?

Does the mold have springs?
Do you have the ejector tied in? Or are they just push?

The ejectors are tied in, I don’t think the mold has springs

Is the Ejector Transducer working, make sure it is linear.

do we have hydraulic prints ? I would look at the valve that controls it next, not familiar with VD but there may be a flow control valve in the ejector valve stack.
