This is Suhas, the system Admin.

Please feel free to ask and learn on this forum. My group and myself have built the forum for the sole purpose of learning. As you see there are no ads here and so we do not get paid for this. Just to remind you and everyone else, advertising and/or contacting the members via the inside email here is NOT allowed. The posts are monitored 24/7 and get deleted as soon as we see anyone advertising them selves.

To date we have deleted a lot of posts that you have not seen. Whenever there is a new post, I get a notification and if it is not appropriate, it is deleted and the user is banned from the forum immediately. It is OK to point the users to valuable websites and that includes yours - again if there is good info that the user can get there.
