in my company i work for, there are have plastic molding injection use rubber material. There is issue about injection pressure, if i decrease the injection pressure than the bubble issue...

just try ...

probable cause from machine is injection (speed/pressure/flow) or back pressure too high. and the melt temperature also can affect for this cause and you can reduce it.

if correct, the material (TPE) it is rubber material, so you can molding in injection molding machine.
and you must understanding the knowledge basic for injection...

in my experince, i use hot water for cooling system with temperature 100 until 140 deg F as mold temperature controll capable. and for the brand i suggest to using Kawata product.
