    Yes the mold is valve gated and we are cascade filling it to keep the flow path as short as possible.

    I am familiar with deiseling and I did consider that. the problem I have is in the past we have fixed the issue by switching lots of resin.

    Thanks for the comment. To answer your questions, yes the glossy surface creates a pattern throughout the part that is identical shot to shot. Cleaning the tool does not change it at all.
