Which produces more gas..re grind or virgin material

I have an alarm on my 97 new bury rotary injury mold machine...the alarm is sol cw output error...my heats won't turn on and my ejectors are not reading any measurements

...and we have no idea what generation of re grind it is.

The re grind is of poor quality....it is pulverized and not grinded because we don't sharpren our grinder blades

If the nozzle seperates from the mold between shots that's a sprue break which you should be able to shut off

So we are having gas problems in a poorley vented mold using nylon...I tell my boss maybe we shouldn't use re grind....he looks at me like I'm crzy and tells me re grind doesn't produce as much gas...
