Thank you for the responses fellas ! The bags are vacuum sealed I would say Brent, when pulled off the skid the bag stays rigid like it was bagged too hot and solidified. I don't deal in the paper...

Sounds like check ring and possibly barrel worn at the bottom end. Material is flowing back past check ring and pressure is transferred to flights of screw causing rotation during injection.
If possible watch screw during injection, either through site glass which some nisseis' have or look down throat. If screw is turning during injection that usually indicates wear. Hope this helps.

I agree with Rick... but have only worked with the 90's and 100 controllers. Very responsive and repeatable for processing. SPC microplast/microflo I found worked great and easy to set up...Husky's...
