I think that is the proto-type tooling for the Roll Master (smart) garage door opener, it was in development after Roll Master moved from California to Seguin, Texas to reduce costs and stay competitive. The product never made it to market and Roll Masters closed after the move. The lack of engraved part numbers and the rough finish indicates it was the first development or test tooling. No production tooling was ever made.
