Our company bought 1 new machines Wintec 8500 last year. But we got problems. The main problem he had was that he could not lift the weight on the received product on that injection molding machine. Large ones are weighted along the top of the glass. After trying to select the mode, Wintec support started asking questions, how did you work before? We told them that this product was previously produced on the Chen hsong800. After that, inquiries began on the parameters of the Chinese injection molding machine for comparison. Also for the experiment, the mold was overweight back to the Chinese one, a video of the Chinese injection molding machine was made. The dimensions of the hydraulic cylinders for injection were also requested for calculating the specific pressure. After calculations, they admitted that their Wintec 850 injection molding machine could not cope with the charge pressure, thereby not sealing the part and not filling the product to the required grams. Plus, they themselves said to correct this defect, it is necessary to change the auger pair by 90 mm, so that they will be able to provide speed and pressure..
We are wandering if anyone has got the same problem with Wintec 8500 IMMs?
