Euromap telegraph questions / commands

I was given a project that a person who is no longer with the company promised could be done. I have searched and searched but can't seem to find a list of euromap telegraph questions. I am working with a Nestal synergy 8000. I would like to be able to get Spc data into ignition.

What are the telegraph commands for find out when the machine went down and was started again?
Does the system have an Opcua server option that I'm not seeing? If so what is the discovery address
