Question about pixels vs actual EVA molds

So my designer has made a 3D object (a sandal), while I don’t have the 3D programs, let alone the knowledge of it, I got someone to render the sandals so it looks realistic. I zoomed in & noticed pixels or lines. If I were to manufacture this using EVA injection molding, would these pixels also be a part of the actual mold? Or are the pixels just part of the 3D program? Because the mold (the sandal) should be completely smooth. I would hate to pay thousands just to find out the sandal actually isn’t smooth.
