I am having an issue with an alarm out, on a PLCS-11 from Toyo. As soon as I reach temp, it alarms out with error code 495-Problem in the circuit for the heaters, so it shuts the breaker off. When I read the book, it says just to figure it out. I have checked fuses, re-wired, and done a lot of trouble shooting but can't seem to find the cause.
