drying parameters for technomelt PA 638

hello All,

Please I need your help to define drying parameters for Technomelt pa 638 because I face a bubbles issue on the material.
N.B :
Current parameters 50°C/6 hours.
Low-pressure injection.

I looked the resin up and it says NOTHING about drying it!? It tells you to place it in an airtight container ASAP when opening the packaging.
I did notice that this resin carries a FR rating. Perhaps you have the barrel set too hot or the residence time is too long?

Rick is probably right, this seems like process temperature setup in the IM - not drying.

On Technomelt 678 im using 30C for 4h, and that solved this problem for me. On datasheet is saying that drying is not required but without, surface of parts are like moon surface because of bubbles. ;)
