Hi All

Two part question

My company just bought two new machines Chen Hsong 180 & 480 both with alfarobots. I was wondering if anyone has used them and what’s your thoughts of them and anyone know the default passwords for the machines and robots.

Also can anyone explain to me “mold mid-place” as I’m trying to learn as much about these machines and robots so I can reduce cycle times and do some palletising. Here is a video of one of the programs I setup.

Hi All,

Our company bought 6 new machines Chen Hsong 120, 180 & 560 all with CE mark this year. But all machines were supplied without Mechanical Safety Device. We asked Chen Hsong why? The reply was: that's ok under European standard EN201:2009 for CE mark approval.
We are wandering if anyone has got the same problem with Chen Hsong IMMs?
Please share your experience.
And what’s your thoughts of Chen Hsong and this situation about Mechanical safety devices?
