Hello, I just started a small manufacturing company and I would like to create molds in the future for some of my upcoming products. What are some resources you recommend? Books, podcasts, experts, videos, etc.

There is a member here by the name of Suhas, who has published helpful related material and he has a website www.fimmtech.com.
There is also the American Injection Molding Institute if you are interested in physical classes.
PTonline.com also has some great articles.
