Hi everyone.
I'm having problems processing the above material and can't find any processing data online. I've tried prospector but its not on there.
The machine is a negri 1100T. I am using a 5 gate SVG unit with 16 HR zones on it. The part is being filled sequentially from the middle gate.
The shot weight is 100mm of a 600mm max screw. The diameter of the screw is 120mm. Current runner temps are 275, same on nozzle tip.
Have tried to obvious, barrel temps, runners, screw speed, back pressure and so on.
My thoughts are that this material is anti squeak, what are the additives that have been put in with this ABS to make it 'anti squeak'? Are these additives breaking down during material melt?

p.s material has been dried and was used on the previous tool in this machine. The feed system is closed loop.
