I have to increase weight of my product of 0.2 grams.
Can anyone suggest what parameters of machine can I use to add weight?
It's only 0.2 gram .
Either Mold temperatures , Charging pressure or Back pressure?

Is part 0.2g? How much do you wnt to add?

Have you checked to make sure you have frozen off the gate? If it isn't frozen off before hold pressure has ended then it should be pretty easy to do so long as the part isn't super small.

That's 10% of total part weight. Ideally, you should be at least that full at transfer, so run fill-only parts to check weight. Then add pack pressure/ hold time to get where you need to be.

Or switch to a denser resin.

Thank you very much. Pack pressure means back pressure rigt?Jaydub?

NO! Back pressure is residual pressure on the screw during recovery. It will add more shear to the material, but it's not going to have much impact on part weight. Pack pressure is the same as Hold pressure. It's the (initial) set pressure after transfer. As iautry1973 said above, do a gate freeze study to make sure your hold time is correct.
