Mold Coating effectivness

We currently have a few molds that run in semi-auto and require a full operator to run the press. The operator needs to spray the mold every cycle so the parts release.

Has anyone had success with mold coatings to help parts release from the mold easier?

We run these molds in glass filled PC.

I already work With Bales, they do a good work here in Tx area

we apply nibore coat in a PC+GF with good results, however in some molds due to the design you most set a mechanical eject block to help to eject or detach the parts from fixed /moving side of the molds, some times its not enough with release coating
