Bucket Moding

Hi Guys,

I am Facing Problem of Short Molding and Bubbles

In particular Bucket Mold in HDPE material ,but same material running on other machine Ok.

Machine details I am sharing with U .

Windsor Make POLO 350 T Screw Dia 90 Previouely Changed to 91.

But Polypropylene material running ok on same machine ok.

Holding cushion?

humidity - ok.. it is HDPE
what about RSP? works OK?
Melt temperature vs. injection speed vs. pressures ?

Possibly broke or damaged NRV on press. How consistent is shot weight, cushion, peak pressure of injection, or does the screw rotate when injecting?
