boy 80m hot runner fault

Hello everybody,
new on here so hello!
just wondered if anyone could help, I have a boy 80m with a built in hot runner system running 8 zones.
the machine lost its memory and reverted back to german, I have rebooted the machine, installing all the data i.e machine injection and clamp program, but now the hot runner will not come on at all. I have turned all the switches on as per the manual, but still no joy. I can here the relay at the back of the machine coming on but still nothing on the screen. I have contacted boy uk and they are looking into it, but,
just wondering if anyone else had an idea?

Hello all,
just thought id let you all know this problem is sorted. the problem lay within the multi plug that goes to the hot runner from inside the machine. a wire had come adrift from inside the plug ,so difficult to see and sort out.
hope this helps somebody.
