Our factory bought a new ferromatik milacron Hydron servo 150 IMM. Already we have Hydron 150.new machine has a servo motor behalf of old induction motor.Servo motor system can give accurate pressure for injection, tonnage and so on.(More:http://www.milacronindia.com/hydraulic-injection-moulding-machine/hydron-servo#horizontalTab2)Motor is more power saves.New IMM has output for a robot. That robot output protocol is EUROMAP 67.P&P system.IMM firmware can automatically detect what is the robot.

There is no any other big different between Hydron 150 and Hydron servo 150.Same tonnage.

I mentioned before servo technique saves power. But,FLI of Hydron servo 150 is 60A.Hydron 150 only 58A.I expected lower FLI value than Hydron 150 for new machine.
As I know FLI or FLA is Full Load Amperage.that means, wastage amperage when machine is working it's maximum load.
What is the actual meaning of FLI?What is the reason for higher FLI for new machine?

Thank in advance
