Help Creating Graphs

Hi there im trying to generate my own graphs for the 6 studies to help understand the proccess, im using minitab to create them and found some relatively easy to do for a novice like me however im stuck with a few like the cavity balance graphs. like the ones below, not sure what they're even called in terms of graphs, any help is appreciated to generate some thanks for the help
