Hello GTRules,
There is some info on this website and also at www.fimmtech.com. I am also an author of a book that you will also find on the fimmtech website. This is about process Development and Scientific Molding. Besides that I regularly teach classes here in San Diego. If you like more info on these please send me an email and I will tell you when the next one will take place - probably in January. If you are not close to San Diego, there are other people who also teach - RJG, John Bozzeli. These are seasoned teachers who are great at what they do.
