Josue,
If you love what you are doing and are getting paid good for what you are doing, then keep doing it. If he is not what he is supposed to be, the management will find out sooner or later. Don't put your hand in the dirt .. .your hands will get dirty and everyone will look at you :)
Just keep molding as our friend says :)
Amigo Brent, donde estas??

Hey I used to work with that guy! They called him "year and a half". Never spent more than that at a company before being found out!

Keep on Molding!

The dirt always comes out in the wash. If the new P.M is not up to the task, it will become evident to all involved.
Even management cant ignore the numbers, which should increase with capable P.M. overseeing production.

Those guys come and go. It's what the rest of us do while they create chaos that's important. Keep doing the right thing and wait for them to become extinct at your plant. Sometimes they can cost you a good job, but in the end they weed themselves out! Rick.

Those mgmt guys make a lot of money, but spend lots of time unemployed too.

Mejor una gota que se cae seguido que un chorrón que se apague rapido.

Better to make less and have a steady job

keep on molding
