1. the precision of making plastic is 3grade and 3a grade, weight is 5g.use hardening pouring system, use 4-6 cavities;
2. in normal the precision of making plastic is 4-5grade,forming material is partial crystalline material, use 16-20 cavities;
3. the weight of plastic making is 12-16g, use 8-12 cavities; if the plastic making weight is 50-100g, use 4-8 cavities.
4. For some have no rated plastic making suggest use 24-48 cavities, 12-32 cavities and 6-10 cavities.
5. When add plastic weight, use multi-cavity mold is not good. 7-9 grade plastic making , the cavity quantity can add 50% base 4-5 grade precision at most .
