some time i design mould, i always make some mistake, here i share some i learned these year
1.In generally need the mold surface roughness is 7um During Discharge processing , high precision mould need 4um, like some mould have high request for the mold surface ,the roughness is 2um.
2.When you purchase mold material should larger 3-5mm than the mould biggest size
3.in common design the slide and core touch position need 2°-3°inclination for
each side .not only can avoid being abrasion also can make pre-machining
4.the thickness of painting is 0.02-0.03mm for each side, the polishing thickness of mold is 0.02-0.03mm for each side, when design product and mold ,the designing suitable size must consider this point
