Arburg 305 info

Hi,

I've recently acquired two arburg 305's with polytronica controls and a selection of mould tools.

Unfortunately when removed from their previous site, the wiring for the controls was just cut.

Does anyone have wiring diagrams for these machines so I can make good the damage and test run the machines.

I also have a complete 221 with the same control. Would this be the same electrically?

Hi,

I worked with few models with selogica controls, and all have same system in electrical cabinet. Should be same for all other machines.

I have only worked with the Selogica controls as well. Arburg tends to make them close to the same in that range. However I haven't worked with a polytronica. Arburg service is usually pretty helpful. Have you called them to see if they could get you a set of drawings?

As stated Arburg offer very good support, even for older machines. Roger Cox is the contact I use and find him to be excellent.
