Flip Top Caps Opening Torque too high

Hi All,

This is Alex here. I am facing a problem in one of the injection machines which make flip-top caps. This one doesn't have shut off gates, to get rid of drooling I have increased cooling time, Holding time and reduced Manifold temperatures. But the issue I am having is the opening force gone too high 23 Nm(suppose to be 10 to 20 Nm). Need some advice from experts how to bring it down.

How is your back pressure setting? Try to reduce it.
You may have suck back already. Try suck back before charging and see if that helps.
